The Two-stroke engine working (Two stroke sparks ignition)

Hello friends,

In two stroke engine cycle are two parts are divided so,
1. Two stroke sparks ignition
2. Two stroke compression ignition

This time we discussed in two stroke spark ignition. We have discussed in four stroke engine there is one working stroke two revolution of crankshaft or in a cycle of Four stroke of position. Revolution means crankshaft are two times rotating of 360'. The desire of one working stroke in very revolution of the crankshaft has the development of two stroke cycle engine.
In two stroke cycle engine, the suction and exhaust are processe in cylinder. Compression stroke and power stroke these are usually called upward and downward stroke. There are two .Stroke inlet port and exhaust port in two stroke cycle engines. The burnt exhaust gases are forced out through exhusex port in two stroke cycle engines.
The principle of two stroke engine cycle spark ingnigni engine are show in figure are described under details.

Uward stroke : in upward stroke, the piston moves upward from bottom dead center to top dead center, compressing the change air-petrol mixture in combustion chamber. Upward movement of piston a partial vacuum created in the crank case and a change in drawn into the crank case through the inlet port. The exhaust port are covered in top dead center position. Compressed change in ignited in the combustion chamber by spark is given by spark plug  Upstrokes are suction and compression stroke are combined worked as show in figure. This time fuel are passed in transfer port to inside combustion chamber. Fuel are working on crankcase with lubricant in crankshaft and piston work in heat remove.

Downward stroke : in downward stroke are follow two stroke are continuing power stroke and exhaust stroke are work together in combination chamber. This stroke the inlet port is covered by the piston and new changed in compressed in crankcase. Piston are work in power stroke are moves in downward direction and inlet valve are open and exhaust valve are closed. sometime fuel are inlet in inlet valve and exhaust vale are open and combination gases are removed to pressure of fuel. The cycle events is than related, the pistip making two stroke for each revolution of the crankshaft. Show on port timing diagram for two stroke cycke, which is self explanatory.

parts of engine -3

HELLO FRIENDS, Previous article we have discuss parts of cylinder block, cylinder head and this article we have discuss crankcase and cylinder liner and piston introduction. So…..lets start,😊 3. Crankcase: Crankcase is attached to the bottom face of the cylinder block. Crankcase is base on the engine. It is supported the crankshaft and camshaft in suitable bearings and provided the arm for supporting the engine on the frame. The oil pan and the lower part of cylinder block together are called the crankcase. Sometimes you are thinking about oil pan, so I can explain this oil pan is bottom half of the crankcase is called oil pan show in figure. it is bolted or screwed to the lower flange of the main casting are usually made of pressed  steel and aluminum. In the crankcase cylinder block and upper half of the crankcase usually are cast as single integral unit. This casting is usually made of a ferrous alloy or semi-steel provide to stronger and hard

Construction of Engine
