The four stroke engine working

Hello friends,

Welcome to ER.AUTOTECHWITHAB.
Some people are questions of related topics
what is automobile? How to used on early life in automobile.
Previous articles we have discus on two stroke engine, this article we are discuss on four stroke engine. This engine cycle is introduce by German scientist Otto in 1879.The four stroke make a two revolution on the crankshaft, the operation are repeated over and over again in running engine.

The four stroke engines are as follow:

SUCTION STROKE:

you are show in figure during suction stroke, the piston moves on downward TDC to BDC by crankshaft. Which movement of flywheel or by creates power generation by electric starting motor. The inlet valve is open and exhaust valve is closed during this stroke. The downward movement by the piston sucks air-fuel mixture in the cylinder. The carburetor through the open inlet valve. Air-fuel mixture broken up into a mist and partially vaporized in the carburetor.

COMPRESSION STROKE:

show in the figure during compression stroke, the piston moves on upward. Thus the compressions air/fuel in charge. Ignition and much of the compression also in during stroke. The heat produce by compression stroke more homogenous mixture air/fuel intake cylinder. The heat makes the petrol easy to burn while compression stroke. The mixture under compression is ignited by the spark produce by a spark plug and the compression is half cycle when piston in TDC. Both inlet and exhaust valves closed during the compression stroke.

POWER STROKE:

show on figure the expansion of the gases due to the heat of compression exerts a pressure on the cylinder and piston. The piston moves on downward thus doing useful work. Both valve remains closed during this stroke.

EXHAUST STROKE:

show on the figure during this stroke, the inlet valve closed and exhaust valve open. The burning of their own expansion. The piston moves on downward and pushes the remains gases out of the open exhaust valve. Only a small quality of gases remains in the  clearance space.
number.

I hope completely understand what is types  automobile and work of automobile can you more details are understand so you are subscribed my website and any queries regarding of automobile writing on comments box I will give very fast reply and thank you for read this article.
Thank you 🤗

Parts of engine -4

HELLO FRIENDS, Previous article we have discuss parts of engine crankcase, cylinder liner and piston introduction. In this article we have discuss material  of  piston and piston  clearance. So…..lets start,😊 Material  for piston : The material used for piston is mainly aluminium alloy. Aluminium piston can be either cast or forged. Cast iron is also used for piston. Yearly  cast iron was almost universal  material for piston because it's excellent  wearing qualities, co-efficient of expansion and general  suitability in manufacture. Due to reduce of weight of metal is necessary, light metal is lost. Aluminium is inferior to cast iron in strength and wearing qualities, and it's greater  co-efficient of expansion greater clearance in the cylinder to avoid the risk  of seizures. The thermal heat conductivity of aluminium  is about three times that of cast iron and this combined  with greater thickness necessary for s...

The Two-stroke engine working (Two stroke compresion ignition)

Hello friends, This time we discussed in two stroke compression ignition.   We have discussed in two stroke engine there is The desire of one working stroke in very revolution of the crankshaft has the development of two stroke cycle engine.  In two stroke cycle engine, the suction and exhaust are processe in cylinder. Compression stroke and power stroke these are usually called upward and downward stroke. There are two .Stroke inlet port and exhaust port in two stroke cycle engines. The burnt exhaust gases are forced out through exhusex port in two stroke cycle engines.  The principle of two stroke compresion ignition engine cycle  engine are show in figure are described under details. In compression engine only air is compressed inside the cylinder and fuel as used on diesel is injected by an injector fitted in the head of the cylinder. there are no use of spark plug in this engine. this engine are used in fuel injector. this operation of the two strok...
